By accessing or using Grimoire ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Grimoire is an AI-powered workflow automation platform that allows you to describe automations in natural language, compile them into visual workflows, connect third-party services, and run them on a schedule or trigger. The platform includes simulation mode, approval gates, an audit trail, and integration with external APIs.
You agree not to use Grimoire to:
You retain ownership of all workflow definitions, data, and content you create on Grimoire. By using the Service, you grant Grimoire a limited licence to process and store your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service on your behalf.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect and process data from third-party services through Grimoire.
Grimoire uses large language models (Anthropic Claude) to compile workflow descriptions into structured automation definitions. AI-generated output may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated workflows before running them in production. We recommend using simulation mode before any live run.
Grimoire connects to third-party services (Google, WhatsApp, Telegram, Stripe, etc.) on your behalf using credentials you provide. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms of service. Grimoire is not affiliated with those providers and is not responsible for changes to their APIs or policies.
Grimoire is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grimoire and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss, workflow errors, or third-party API failures. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your data by emailing sanjjayrj@gmail.com.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email.
